Female idol Narsha of Brown Eyed Girls will show her improved acting skills in her second small screen project, production company Contents K said in a press release Tuesday.
Narsha will play a goddess that pretends to be a human in KBS' forthcoming series tentatively titled "Ulala Couple" starting October 8.
As the follow-up to the current series "Haeundae Lovers," "Ulala Couple" co-stars veteran actor Byun Hee-bong, who plays a matchmaker in the drama.
The comedy TV series focuses on a married couple [played by actress Kim Jung-eun and actor Shin Hyun-joon] that finds themselves in a slump after getting married.
The two later figure out the true meaning of love and understand each other as their souls get switched one day.
Narsha, whose real name is Park Hyo-jin, is a member of her popular girl group Brown Eyed Girls debuted in 2006.
Aside from her group activities, she made her acting debut early this year as an aspiring songstress in MBC's Monday and Tuesday series "Light and Shadow."
